If your order has not yet started processing you can contact us to discuss necessary changes. We will do everything possible to accommodate changes prior to processing. Please note that once your order enters production no additional changes can then be made. When customizing your engraving for any item you can select to receive a digital proof prior to etching. This will help guarantee the finished product is exactly as you want it.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We can generally complete production of your order in 2-3 days and then release to our shipping department for shipping. If your order requires it be expedited for any reason then please contact us to see if our production schedule will allow.
What are some advantages to laser engraving over other methods?
Laser engraving is permanent, nondestructive, and generates a high degree of detail with no residue left behind that may cause rust or corrosion.
Can you engrave anything other than text?
Yes. We can engrave everything from the simplest logo to the most complex of graphics and photographs. We can also do bar-coding, 2d matrix and other forms of identification.
What materials can be engraved?
Almost any material can be engraved. The quality of the engraving will vary from material to material. Our products are selected for the quality of engraving they allow us to produce. Please contact us if you have any questions as to how well a specific material will engrave.
Can you cut any material?
We can cut many materials, including plastics, acrylics, foam, cardboard, paper, and wood. Please contact us with questions on whether your material can be cut.
Can the mark/engraving have any “depth” to it?
We can mark/engrave depth into most materials. Please contact us if you are interested in knowing whether your material can be marked/engraved with depth.
