Our Services – About Laser Engraving, Cutting, and Marking

Laser Engraving

Laser Engraving is the process by which the laser is used to remove material and create depth to the mark on the part.

Inscribed Solutions will laser engrave objects for most any purpose you may have. We offer laser engraving for most any mark depth and can laser engrave most any material brought to us. We can handle laser engraving jobs on all scales, even large volume production. We are suited to handle all your laser engraving needs and will provide you with all the laser engraving information you need. Contact us to discuss your specific laser engraving application, and our team will assist in guiding you through the process.

Laser Cutting

Laser cutting is the process in which a high powered beam of light is fired at a material and melts, burns or vaporizes the material until a cut is made. As a result, laser cutting can provide a highly finished edge.

Inscribed Solutions provides laser cutting services to cut parts from a wide variety of materials, ranging from most plastics to organic materials. From the most precise angles and corners to rounds of any radius, we are equipped to laser cut jobs of any size and volume. We’re fit to work large commercial production or small prototyping runs. Contact us to discuss your specific laser cutting application, and our team will assist in guiding you through the process.

Laser Marking and Etching

Laser Marking is a non-contact process used for changing the surface of a material object. Laser marking can be used to mark and identify many plastics, where the laser is used to create a color change in the material. Similar to the color change in plastic, the process of annealing is used on many metals such as stainless steel and titanium to create a change in color of the laser marked area. These are two cases where there is no material loss, below are two laser marking options that do remove material.

Laser Etching is the process in which you vaporize material from the surface of a part; this process is done mostly on coated parts such as anodized aluminum, powder coating and painted parts.

Inscribed Solutions offers the latest in Laser Marking and Etching technology, and utilizes the most advanced systems to provide the highest quality in the permanent marking and branding of products. Our Laser Marking operation employs state-of-the-art CO2 lasers to deliver the highest detail and quality available on nearly any material. Whether your application involves large volume production, or just a handful of components, we are organized to accommodate your project with unmatched results.
